If you are not entirely satisfied with your artwork, we’re here to help!

Refunds

The services that U Art sells on the website are digital goods and cannot be “returned or refunded” so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. In addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.

Technical Issues with Delivered artworks

If you’re experiencing a technical issue with downloading or receiving the artwork. please contact us through our website or email. and we’re happy to help you.

My artwork “is not as I described” or the artwork doesn’t look the way I described it to be

We consider an item to be “misrepresented” when the delivered item does not match the described order description of the customer, or when an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions on the quality or appearance of an item.
An artwork would NOT be misrepresented if the customer believes that the item “doesn’t look good” or “isn’t high quality compared to other artworks that are shown on the website.

Revision

You are entitled to have a maximum of three (3) revisions however the revision will not be executed if the request requires the following:

  • Changing the whole background of the artwork
  • Changing the subject caricature into an entirely different person
  • Changing the art style of the entire artwork

The revisions can only be minor changes. If you’re still not satisfied and wish to have more than 3 revisions. An additional AED 10 per revision will be charged.
